[UMHC] : Edale Train Hike, January 28th Saturday

Hello dear hikers!!

Have you been craving going back to the mountains just as I have been during exam period? Have you dreamt about exploring freely the hills of the Peak District? "Yes!", I hear...then fear no more!!

On January the 28th, Saturday, we shall be heading to the beautiful village of the Peak District.

So come and join us for the day and tackle the Kinder Plateau, and enjoy the views across the peaks, and across the sheep!

We will be catching the 9:45 train from Picadilly Station, so you will need to get a return ticket to Edale. As usual, we are meeting at 9:30 by the Tie and Rack shop just next to the big screens on the station. A ticket costs approx. 6,60 with a railcard or approximately 10 pounds without.

As this is a train hike, there will be no need to sign up, just turn up for the day with some warm clothes, some lunch and lust for adventure!

Also, as always - no jean or trainers!!
